Maybe you are like us, and you struggle with knowing what to do with some of the Scrunchies in your collection. There’s nothing wrong with them, they work amazing, they are in great condition but you no longer gravitate towards them, you no longer prefer them…

We reached out to a local women's shelter and it turns out good hair care products are one of their top basic needs. This shelter said they would LOVE new to gently used scrunchies for the women and kids in their care! ⁠

This year, we will be collecting your gently used scrunchies, washing them and then donating them to the shelter. We will collect them at all our in-person events, you can mail them to us, or drop them off in a labeled bag anytime. ⁠

Thanks for choosing to partner with us as we come together to be generous in our community by sharing in this way. 

Donations of hair-care products* in good-like new condition:

• Scrunchies**
• Hair claws
• Headbands**
• Brushes & combs (New and unused only please)

Notes:
*The products do not have to be made by Created Mother. All brands are welcome for the recycling program.
**No worn out material or holes please. Holes along the seam will be accepted.

Each donated product is:

• washed or sanitized
• repaired, if necessary (seams or elastic repairs)

The items are then donated (in their now like-new condition) to local Women’s Shelters.
